Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE: Elvenflower is a small shop run by a single person; this means I do not offer returns or refunds.

However, I am happy to exchange the item if it is faulty or does not match the description on the listing, provided you contact me within 5 business days from the date you receive the parcel.

Contact me via email or shop chat as soon as possible and I will do my best to help - the product must be in the original packaging to be eligible for exchange. I do not cover postage costs for this, so please be mindful you will be asked to pay for this via Paypal.

- What if my item arrives broken?

If your item arrives broken from rough handling by the postal service, please contact me as soon as possible. I will not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for items damaged in transit but I will provide you with your reference number so you can contact the postal service to get some of your money back.
